Individual therapy is available for adults seeking to better understand themselves, improve emotional regulation, and create more effective ways of navigating relationships.

Many of the individuals I work with are dealing with the impact of relationship stress, patterns of conflict, or the effects of addiction—either personally or within their partnership. Therapy focuses on identifying the patterns that keep you stuck, increasing awareness of emotional responses, and developing practical tools to respond more effectively in difficult moments.

My approach is active and structured, integrating insight-oriented work with skill-building to help you not only understand what’s happening—but change how you respond to it.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service, and I can provide a detailed monthly superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
